histories sad compass

Anne Frank, a Jewish victim of the Holocaust was murdered at Stalag X1-C, by Nazi Germany. She gained fame posthumously with the publication of her diary, The Diary Of A Young Girl, 1947.

The Nazi Holocaust represented the most horrific attempt, in the modern era to extinguish the Jews from the memory of humanities consciousness.

It’s far from over because at least one more attempt will be made to accomplish what Hitler failed to accomplish. That is foretold in Daniel 9:2, “…. He will accomplish the seventy years in the desolation of Jerusalem. Perhaps led, or at least involved in destroying Israel will be modern day Germany.

Precluding that event is the constant attacks by the Persians, Iran, and her proxies to accomplish that purpose. Unknowingly, they are restrained by God Almighty because the time is not right for the betrayal of Israel which will launch the desolation of Jerusalem. (cp. Daniel 9:27).

Histories greatest attempt to obliterate Jewishness from the consciousness of humanity. Occurred just prior to the modern era with brutal murder by crucifixion of Jesus Christ. By the Roman empire with the Jews being complicit in His murder.

It just illustrates how evil can masquerade itself, as good, even when it is perfect evil. The birth of Christ had nothing to do with this thing called Christmas. And, everything to do with the birth of Jesus representing the coming of the promised Jewish Messiah. To fulfill God’s promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Resulting in the promised kingdom on this earth.

If all that history had occurred, the world would be a very different place today. The Jews refusal to accept Jesus as their promised Messiah. Opened the door for the modern era with all of its tragedies. The modern age, or the age of grace will also end. And the next age will bring with it the worst of times in humans existence on this planet. It’s declared to be the beginning of sorrows. (cp. Matthew 24:8; 21).

Followed by extraordinary sublimity. No more death or sorrow. (cp, Revelation 21:1-7

Nothing wrong with optimism, here are some thoughts given to us by Anne Frank. “It’s difficult in times like these, when ideals, dreams and cherished hopes rise within us, only to be crushed by grim realities. It’s a wonder that I have not abandoned all my ideals, they seem so absurd and impractical. Yet, I cling to them, because I still believe, in spite of everything, that people are truly good at heart.”
