when smart means stupid

Stephen W. Hawking was a theoretical physicist employed by the University of Cambridge, as director of Cosmology. Hawking at age 21 was diagnosed with an extremely debilitating disease that usually claims is victims life within four years. Yet Hawking’s managed to survive 55 more years. Miracle of miracles not a chance. Wealth, fame, and around the clock care must be part of the equation. But in the end, death claimed its prey. And now he’s in a place where he’s very conscience and most uncomfortable, and no doubt wanting to send the same message. (cp. Luke 16:19-31).

During his lifetime he ridiculed as ridiculous all notions of a supreme being. “Theology is unnecessary! I believe the simplest explanation is that there is no God. No one created the universe, and no one directs our fate. It just happened! There was no time until the Big Bang. This leads to a profound realization that there probably is no heaven, and no life after death. There is a fundamental difference between religion which is based on authority, and science which is based upon observation and reason,” Stephen W. Hawking.

There are many scriptures available to refute Hawking’s pathetic declarations. For now this will suffice with the most persuasive to follow. “For since the creation of the world, His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.” (cp. Romans 8:20).

“Insomuch then, as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same. That through death He might destroy him, who had the power of death, that is, the devil.” (cp. Hebrews 2:14).

But the most refutable refutable comes from personal experience. Which gives truth to the aforementioned scriptures. “Therefore, if any one is in Christ, they become new creations; old things pass away, and all things become new.” (cp. 2 Corinthians 5:17).
