It has been said that few things are really what they appear to be. And so, it seems to be that way in heaven.
God stands in the congregation of the mighty. He judges among the Gods. And finds, himself challenged by Asaph.
Who charged, “How long will you judge unjustly, and show partiality to the wicked?” And then demands, “Defend the poor, and the fatherless, do justice for the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy, free them from the hand of the wicked. (cp. Psalms 82:1-4).

Complicated stuff. On this plane there are lots of occurrences missed by most mortals. And in the third heaven incomprehensible activity made visible through out our scriptures for the scriptural searcher. But when, all is said and done, this is the final authority. “I am the LORD, that is MY name. And I will not give my glory to another.” (cp. Isaiah 42:8). And, “Remember the former things of old. For I am God, and there is no other. I am God and there is none like me. Declaring the end from the beginning. And from ancient times, things not yet come. Saying my counsel shall stand. I will do all my pleasures.” (cp. Isaiah 46:9-10).
