If you are an American, then you live within the house of Israel. And as such, America will be destroyed, first from within, so that it can be obliterated by the ten horned beast with huge iron teeth. (scriptural text: Daniel 7:7). When will this happen? Only God knows! It could happen within our lifetime or it could be in the distant future. Before this series ends, this padre will give reason, as to why it might be the former, as opposed to the latter.
God in his providence has provided us with a book like no other. So that we might be able to discern His mind. Though one can handle it and open its pages seeing inked writings upon ordinary paper. Yet the Bible, itself is like no other book because it’s the living breathing providence of God Almighty himself. Note carefully these three announcements:Moreover He said to me, “Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.”
So I opened my mouth, and He caused me to eat that scroll.
And He said unto me, “Son of man, feed your belly, and fill your stomach with this scroll that I give you.” So I ate, and it was in my mouth like honey in sweetness.
Then He said to me, “Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with My words to them.
For you are not sent to a people of unfamiliar speech and of hard language, but to the house of Israel.
Not to many people of unfamiliar speech and of hard language, whose words you cannot understand. Surely, had I sent you to them, they would have listened to you.
But the house of Israel will not listen to you, because they will not listen to Me; for all the house are impudent and hard hearted.
Behold, I have made your face strong against their faces, and your forehead strong against their foreheads.
Like adamant stone, harder than flint, I have made your forehead; do not be afraid of them, nor be dismayed at their looks, though though they are a rebellious house.”
Moreover He said to me, “Son of man, receive into your heart all My words that I speak to you, and hear with your ears.”
“And go get the captives, to the children of your people, and speak to them.” Thus says the Lord God, “Whether they hear or whether they refuse.”
Then the Spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me a great thunderous voice, “Blessed is the glory of the LORD from his place.” (scriptural texts:Ezekiel 3:1-12).
Second announcement: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God.
He was in the beginning with God.
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory as the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. (scriptural texts:John 1:1-2;14).
Third announcement: And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, “See you do it not! I am your fellow servant, and your brother that have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True. And in righteousness, He does make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written that no man knew except Himself.
And He was clothed, with a vesture dipped in blood. And His name was called, The Word of God. (scriptural texts:Revelation 19:10-13).
Limited Commentary:This was shared, so that reader might capture some of the historical evidence for the Bible being very different from any other book. And that its difference is because God himself made himself manifest in ways that only God could accomplish. First as a scroll, then, as flesh and finally, as a vesture (body) dipped blood. Declaring that His name is the Word of God.
House of Israel:They are the nations that emerged because Jacob blessed Ephraim and Manasseh. (scriptural texts:Genesis 48:13-20). The kingpin of those multitude of nations was Ephraim, whom we know as Great Britain. And Manasseh, whom we learned from a previous posting was the wings torn from the lions back and became America.
At helm of this creation of nations to be born was Israel. Destined to create a world obedient to God Almighty. But were blinded, by the god of this age. Becoming unable to believe lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ should shine on them. (scriptural text:2 Corinthians 4:4). And O! How Israel and the house of Israel will suffer.
