fight to the death

It’s conceivable that with so much global disruption occurring through various and asunder wars going on at the same time. That the populace can’t appreciate that’s it’s a global world war. In it’s truest sense, World War Three.

With the warring participants having well defined goals. With one side of the equation being Islam and on the other side the United States and its coalition of nations. With Islam wanting a world to be ruled by a Caliphate who will govern the world by the edicts of Islamic law.

Opposing that conquest is the United States and its allies. Who in the simplest of terms wants the world to remain as it is. With the community of nations governing themselves by self determination. With the United States of course wanting those nations to understand that the American model is superior to all other models. From the perspective of power and wealth it is so, however, from the perspective of the distribution of wealth among all of its citizens it isn’t so.

This war is complicated because it’s so unconventional compared to histories previous global conflicts. Except from the American side and its allies were soldiers are uniformed. Dressed with all all the armaments of conventional warfare.

From Islamic side of the equation none of the aforementioned is observable. Here in the U.S. one could be shopping, banking, partying; and attacked by a knife, or a gun carrying Muslim busy with his or her slaughter. Or crash by truck, or boom from a suicide bomber. Leaving in its aftermath the wounded and dead.

Muslims could not care less whether one is terrorized or not. Or how brave the populace is in denouncing terror, and pledging not to allow life to be altered by Islamic jihadist. However, if one is terrorized, to a jihadist that’s okay. It’s the end result that matters which is a nation falling under Islamic rule. That’s what Islam wants understood globally. All the in between stuff is just a means to an end.

For tomorrow, why a lampstand can do what an army can not.

A nation that accepts gay unions pictorially doomed

America, America the magnificent once the alabaster box of power, prosperity and spirituality. Accomplishing it against seemingly impossible odds. Having left all that behind because it has been said, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Here is how it is playing out in America.

Your story America! For they are a nation void of counsel. Nor is there any understanding in them. Oh, that they were wise, that they understood this. That they would consider their latter end. How could one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had surrendered them?

For their rock is not like our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges. For their vine of Sodom, and the fields of Gomorrah; their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter. Their wine is the poison of serpents, and the cruel venom of cobras.

Is this not laid up with Me, sealed up among my treasures? (Text:Deuteronomy 32:28-34, NKJV).

A two way street of recollection of American exceptionality and destruction. It’s the call of the people. Shall America return to the former or continue with the latter?

Like out of nowhere, it goes like this. Vengeance is mine, and recompense; their foot shall slip in time; for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things to come hasten upon them. (Text:Deuteronomy 32:35, NKJV)).

In due time from the ancient past to us, but maybe not before ample suffering because we allowed it to happen. Rejoice O Gentiles with His people. For He will avenge the blood of His servants, and render vengeance to His adversaries; He will provide atonement for His land and His people. (Text:Deuteronomy 32:43, NKJV).

A thing about birds and feathers

Birds of a feather flock together, some say. Suggesting a comfortable sense of familiarity with others associated with the flock.

Still others say, it is a feather in my cap.

Despite the governments interest in trying to persuade the nation that commonality among people is universal.

Need proof that it isn’t? Proof is plentiful! Communities are surrounded with racial, ethnic and cultural tensions.

That’s the only reason six were arrested and indicted in the death of killing Freddie Gray. The only purpose by the prosecutor was to keep the pot from boiling over. Justice for Freddie had had nothing to do with justice.

In reality, the greater the difference the less the flock has in common.

Prosecutors work hard to say it ain’t so. Accepting it as a collective feather in their cap. With every effort by legislation to make it so. At least by law, but law really can not make it so, either.

Of course, to every rule there is an exception. But the rule in the Freddie Gray incident will be negated because the proof will be in the pudding.

So birds of a feather do flock together trying it a feather in their cap.

Just a few thoughts with variable applications. With readers more than able to paint their own variable applications.

God’s scorecard

The modern church is plagued with serious disorders that make it a mostly an useless institution. With we Christians, someday having to give an account, as to how, we allowed this to occur. Note the the scriptures carefully which are to follow.

Among the more despicable behaviors that make the church mostly useless. Is its drive to be mirrored as a partner with government. Because it has led the church to become stagnate, and mostly useless. The use of the adverb ‘mostly’ is used to signify that exceptions exist. After all, if that were not the case, it would be pointless to discuss the matter. Suggesting that what exists, can be built upon.

When discussing the masses that make up a church congregation as individuals. How those individuals conduct themselves must be patterned after the Christ example. If we take a look at the ministry of Jesus, we discover that he did not seek a cozy relationship with the religious community or the with political figures (elders). Nor was he obsessed with being an adviser to either of them. Instead they were careful not to offend his followers during religious observations. Perhaps fearful about how Jesus might react.

When they were plotting to murder Jesus, the chief priest called a meeting among the religious and secular leaders. This meeting took place at the palace of the high priest Caiaphas. But the religious and secular leaders refused to murder Jesus during the holy days of the feast. “They said, not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people,” Matthew 26:3-5.

Even more to the point, Jesus was critical of some of the religious practices of his day. On a particular day, Jesus spoke to the people and to his disciples. This is what he said about religion. Your scribes and pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. He advised the people to observe the Jewish religious customs. Like the keeping of the ten commandments. Though he warned, not after their works; for they say and do not,” Matthew 23:1-3. Verse four, they caused the people to live difficult lives. While they themselves, did nothing. What is the point? We do not know for certain. Other than, that there were inconsistencies between the saying and the doing. This insight is provided in verse five. Whatever the religious leaders were doing was done for show. Perhaps pretending to be religious. Because they wore a case (phylacteries) on their arms or placed on their foreheads containing scriptures. They craved special attention and recognition, verses 6-7. None of this amounted to the work of God which was to prepare society for the establishment of the coming church.

In our time the work of the church is to prepare society for the return of Jesus Christ, and the eventual establishment of his kingdom on earth. This was important to Jesus. Because he offered this counsel when praying, “Thy kingdom come,” Matthew 6:10. Much like the people of his day, who were warned against the uselessness of showmanship. So should the church of today avoid useless showmanship.

The church and the state have nothing in common. Jesus make this very clear on numerous occasions. In Matthew 22:16-21, a Jewish political party cornered Jesus. The Herodians thinking that they could trick Jesus. Tell us, what do you think? “Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?” In the preceding verse they had praised Jesus as being a true teacher sent by God. Jesus was quick to see them for what they were, hypocrites. Then he responded, whose image is on the money? Then render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God, the things which are God’s.

Without question that is the way it should be today. Christians should give to the government the right of secular management of the state. Careful that the secularism of the state, and the spirituality of the church do not share the same house. Which is precisely, what is occurring today. Again Jesus said, “No man can serve to masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other…., Matthew 6:24. As during the time of Jesus, it leads to showmanship. Do as I say, not as I do Christianity. With religious leaders grandstanding with government officials. Locked arm in arm as though the state and church were one united happy body. So cozy is this relationship that some think this a Christian nation. The United States is not a Christian nation. Because it is an antithesis, to the notion of church and state. It is clearly attributive to Jesus Christ himself.

The Church should serve like the “Watchman of Ezekiel,” Ezekiel 3:17. Where God commissioned him, to give warning to the Israelites of approaching doom. It was a commission Ezekiel was to take in a serious manner. Because should the people die in their sin, Ezekiel would be held responsible, verse 18.

A similar responsibility is assigned to the church. Matthew 24:42 offers this admonition, “watch” for you do not know the hour when your Lord will return. It is also a serious commission likened unto the days of Noah. When disregard for God’s law, resulted in the death of many, Matthew 24:36-41. There is much to be said about those final days. Those days are described as horrific with unparalleled calamity with no doubt many dieing, Revelation 12:12. With Christians, at the appropriate time, being judged in accordance to their watchfulness. “We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to what he hath done, whether it be good or bad,” 2 Corinthians 5:10. “Behold I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be,” Revelation 22:12.

It’s the duty of we Christ followers to disrupt a completely dysfunctional government. Keep it Christ focused in its governance. So that America can once again be the light to the world; and the salt that makes societies morally wholesome. In the not to distant past it was recognized as American exceptionalism.

If perhaps, it’s not worth the effort maybe the following two discussion might serve as a tie breaker.

Crumbling Kingdoms

Over the centuries God has had some extra ordinary friends. Who remained faithful to him even when facing death. That experience still plays out across the globe. Especially in Muslim dominated countries. An occurrence that will reach the United States to the horror of a never did any thing as a nation birthed by Sarah. Jesus said this, “Take heed that no one deceives you.” Text:Matthew 24:4. You have been deceived by most churches. By the likes of Joel Osteen’s, with their smiley faces, who preach feel good about yourself gospel. Oh! Some of them got it right by recognizing that people need to be saved. Texts:Romans 10:9-10. But from there, it’s mostly about about smiles, hugs, handshakes and oh, how cozy we are among ourselves. Glamorous mega preachers with their tens of hundreds admirers are mostly about wealth and prestige. Having a ripple effect upon Christendom, whereby thinking it’s a sign God’s approval; so we want to be like them. Wrong! By declaration of God Almighty, who said, “I know all about you, and you are nothing but vomit from my mouth. Texts:Revelation 3:14-17.

And Americans have been deceived by their government, it got a lot worse with the presidency of George H.W. Bush and his Secretary of State James Baker. When they decided to pressure Israel, to swap their land for peace with the Palestinians.

It continued, and intensified with presidency of Clinton. And if Hillary follows Obama into the oval office, Israel is in great danger of being betrayed by the United States.

Along comes, George W. Bush, who experienced 9/11 which was a forerunner of what the United States will experience from a more seasoned and committed kingdom of Muslims. After all, Muslims have been fighting for more than a 1,000 years to bring the world under Islamic dominance. They’ve suffered, and learned, and are determined, and they will destroy America. Whom God recognizes as the Daughter of Babylon, and says that the Daughter of Babylon deserves to be destroyed. Bush moves their cause along by making the greatest blunder of his presidency by insisting that the United States is not at war with the religion of Islam. Americans were angry, and wanted to eradicate this Islamic disease. All Bush could do was to offer condolences of appeasements to pure devils bent on creating an Islamic state on American soil. And it has mostly worked to relief of Muslims, in the United States. To the shame of Christendom!

And the tirade continues under Obama, as Israel questions if she still has an ally in the United States. Israel doesn’t! Recent presidents want to go down in history as the president who brought peace to the Middle East. They all think that path will be accomplished through Israelis abandoning their lands.

Here is what God has to say about such a deal. “You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their gods. They shall not dwell in your lands, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their gods it will surely be a snare to you.” Texts:Exodus 23:32. And, “I say you speak of having plans and power for war; but they are mere words. Now whom do you trust, that you rebel against me?” Isaiah 36:5.

Betrayed by your church and your government will have one of two effects upon Christendom. You will be silenced in your witness for Christ no matter what avenue you explore in expressing your testimony. What you are reading is this padre’s testimony. Such testimonies will become illegal because it violates political correctness and all inclusiveness among peoples. That’s what Bush the second was preaching. Then it was persuasiveness voluntarism and it continues today. In some tomorrow, it’ll become the law of the land.

Then according to Jesus, those who defy such laws will endure this experience. “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, you will be hated by all nations for my name sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” Texts:Matthew 24:9-12.

In future discussions, readers can expect more scriptural documentation for assertions made. Of course, you can help yourself along by reading and studying Jeremiah chapters fifty one and fifty two. Then do the same for Revelation chapters seventeen and eighteen.

“But he, who endures to the end will be saved.” Text Matthew 24:13. Ever wonder what that means. Maybe it means more than Sunday go meetings and happy smiles. Maybe it’s more about bloody sacrifices, as seen in Revelation 12:11.

Roguery at work

Here are two short stories, one of magnificence’s and the other not so magnificent. We know this because Isaiah was privileged to see Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of his robe filled the temple.

Above it stood seraphim’s; each one had six wings. He covered his face. With two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to the another, and said, “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory.” And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke.

So I said, “Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips. And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips. For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts.”

Then one of the seraphim’s flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said, “Behold, this has touched your lips; your iniquity is taken away, and your sin purged.”

Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” And he said, “Go and tell this people. Keep on hearing, but do not understand; keep on seeing, but do not perceive. Make the heart of this people dull, and their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and return and be healed.”

Then I said, “Lord how long?” And he answered, “Until the cities are laid waste and without inhabitant, the houses are without man, the land is desolate.

The LORD has removed men far away, and the forsaken places are many in the midst of the land. But yet a tenth will be in it, and will return and be for consuming. As a terebinth tree or as an oak, whose stump remains when it is cut down. So the holy seed shall be its stump.” Texts:Isaiah 6:1-13.

What you have read is a duel prophecy. It has direct applications to both Israel and nations born of Jacob’s anointing of Ephraim, for the birth of Great Britain and her Commonwealth of Nations. And Manasseh, who separated himself from Great Britain, and landed on the ocean shores of what would become the United States. But as an eagle, then given the legs and made to stand up as a man. Material previously discussed and explained.

In the providence of divine judgment Jesus was born. As a man, Jesus became quite the history maker through story telling. And this time he confirmed what was shared with Isaiah. It goes this way. He was asked what a particular story meant. Answering, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God. But to those outside, review yesterday’s  discussion, all things come in parables. So that seeing they may not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand; lest they should turn, and their sins be forgiven them.” Texts:Mark 4:11-12.

Have you ever wondered or, asked yourself, why isn’t the United States directly mentioned in the Bible? It is, as demonstrated today and in previous discussions in this series.

Many have heard about the final world war called Armageddon. Along with the return of Jesus to sit on his father’s throne in Jerusalem, as King of Kings. But unknown to many is the unimportance of the United States during this time of agony and bliss. That should raise some questions, as to why? And equally significant, it should raise a considerable amount of fear.

Discussing the contents of such subject matters will be the focus of future discussions.

A few lines above it was said that the United States has been directly mentioned in the Bible. True it is! But it rather obscure because it’s hidden from the unseeing and to those made scripturally deaf. And compounded, by the affliction lacking understanding. But it’s readily there, for those whose sins have been healed.

From a geopolitical perspective America is seen as these United States, and its citizens are declared to be Americans. But God doesn’t recognize ideologies of humanness; instead God refers to the United States as the Daughter of Babylon, and her citizens as Chaldeans.

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. This padre is not that teacher. He is the instrument chosen to lead students to that teacher. And that teacher is the Word of God. Seeing, hearing and understanding arrives when that notion is absorbed. Otherwise there will be confusion and contradictions over what the Word, Jesus is saying. A disease plaguing Christendom; and attributed to Satan, who walks to and fro and up and down the earth, again from a recent discussion.

Tomorrow the discussion about identifying the United States as the Daughter of Babylon and what it means.
