an empire like no other

Wherever Islamic tragedy strikes, as it does with its avenues of barbarianism. People ask, what went wrong? What went wrong occurred over a family dispute caused by the Jewish patriarch, Abram and his wife Sarai.

Some might think such a statement is anti-Semitic. Others might cheer such a statement. It’s well known that anti-Semitism is on the rise. But facts are facts, and truth is truth, so the journey goes forward.

By divine enlightenment, Abram was instructed, “Lift your eyes now and look to the North, South, East and South. For all the land which you see, I will give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants, as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be counted. Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you. See Genesis 13:14-17.

How vast was Abram’s inheritance? Huge! It included all the lands of old known as Canaan. Repersenting the entire Midldle East and beyond. See Genesis chapter ten; Numbers 34:2-12; Ezekiel 47:13-20; Ezekiel 48:1-7 and 23-29. As history progressed Abram’s empire expanded to include Great Britain and her Commonwealth of Nations. Including the United States. See Genesis chapter 48. Ephraim the grandson of Abram was destined to father Britain and her huge family of nations. While his older brother Manasseh, whose lineage would establish the United States. See Daniel 7:4, the winged lion with eagle wings. Plucked off, crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Made to stand on two feet like a man having a man’s heart.

The aging Jewish patriarch Abraham became alarmed that the vast empire he owned would disappear for lack of a male heir. Being exacerbated from recalling an earlier conversation with his benefactor. Who said, “Get out of your country, from your family, and from your father’s house. To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you, and make your name great. And you, shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and curse those, who curse you. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” See Genesis 12:1-3.

Circumstances take there twist and turns sometimes unexpectedly. Abram found himself at odds with the King of Sodom. See Genesis 14:21-23. But when you have a powerful benefactor, that becomes a non-issue. Because Abram had a supernatural encounter which manifested itself as vision. And this manifestation said, “Do not be afraid Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”

But his lack of an heir, gave Abram constant anxiety. By saying, “Lord God, what will You give me, seeing I go childless. And the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus. Upping the ante, Abram barked, “Look, You have given me no offspring; indeed one born in my house is my heir!”

Perhaps angrily came the response. “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir. Then He brought Abram outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” Continuing perhaps with less anger, “So shall your descendants be!”

In the end forgiveness was granted. For it’s recorded, “And he believed the LORD, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.” See Genesis 15:1-6.

This is important stuff because with the previous discussion facts showed how the world got so screwed up. Put together you’ll understand world trauma exercised upon us by Muslims. They will not be defeated in their conquest for global dominance. The best that can be done is to lessen the carnage. Done by closing Mosques and exiting Muslim to the hell holes of their ancestors. From a biblical perspective their is no such creature as Muslim with citizenship in America. Only devils, and we don’t need them either. Or in any other place with a history of Judeo-Christian culture and values.

what manner of people ought we 2 b

The heavens exploded with a loud noise and everything on the earth will be burned up. So the aged emissary for Jesus asked this question, “Since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of a persons ought we to be?” Peter says, “Be in holy conduct and godliness.” See 2 Peter 3:10-11. So how is that best accomplished?

First, who make the best truth seekers? With truth being synonymous with Jesus. Those who have had this experience do it best. “I was found by those, who did not seek Me; I was made manifest to those who did not ask of Me.” See Romans 10:20. Because by being outside of Christendoms snare one is not tarnished by the nonsensical tirades of the modern day church. In other words, you start fresh, and learn how to put together a meaningful Christ experience.

I argue that the greatest churchman to have ever lived was the Apostle Paul. He ushered in purposeful Christendom with his authorship of the book of Acts, and his fourteen other epistles. Starting with Romans and ending with Hebrews.

Paul was a total outsider for a long time. Because he was first to preach Christ crucified, buried and resurrected from the dead. The others did not. They were still anticipating the arrival of their Messiah, who would establish His earthly kingdom. They were Old Testament people, and functioning under the law with all its ceremonial features. They did not preach Christ crucified, buried and resurrected. That’s what Peter was referring to when he said of Paul, “As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of things, hard to understand.”

According to Peter, one of the twelve who traveled with Jesus during His earthly visit. We discover this recording, “And consider the long suffering of our Lord is salvation. As also our beloved Paul, according to the wisdom given to him has written to you. As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of things, in which are hard to understand. Which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.” See 2 Peter 3:15-16.

Things were about to change as Paul established churches and not synagogues. Prior to the time of Paul, God’s focus was upon the Jews. But the Jews rejected Christ, though he was the one they were waiting for. So God turned His focus upon the Gentiles. As recorded by Paul were he says, “For this reason, I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles.” See Ephesians 3:1.

the originator

America was founded as a Christian nation because divine providence had so ordained it. Jesus had said that it was impossible for America to bear thornbushes because it was a good tree, i.e. Matthew 5:15-20. Proof. Look at the world. The United States has provided the world for centuries with humanitarian assistance and military security. More so than any other nation in the history of the world. And it’ll be authenticated with an exposition about opposing challengers.

Here’s a journey into the archives of divine providence. A son, Joseph, learns that his father is dying. So he, and his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim rush to visit the dying man. The information reaches Jacob, who is anxious to share with his son, and grandsons his last will and testament.

So the old man manages to strengthened himself enabling him to sit up on his bed.

When Joseph, and his sons arrived, Jacob wasted no time getting down to business. And as that business unfolds, it’ll become your business and mine. The problem is that that business has been ignored by most people. Decaying to the point of being rejected as irrelevant by the people and their government. When it comes to people and their government it’s particularly relevant to Americans and the United States government. Because we as a whole were the ones to bring the covenants made to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to fruition.

This discussion is about Jacob, but key players in this drama are Joseph and his sons Manasseh and Ephraim. They are picturesque of all of us. Because they were to be the operatives that would make the covenants work for the betterment of humanity.

people of the way

Jesus is dead! But the scourge remains, as His followers continue to promote His causes. Troubling to the authorities was that Jesus had declared Himself to be their liberator. Telling His followers that whatever they asked of Him, He would do it. What did they ask of Him? Did their questions have anything to do with undermining their authority? Or god forbid, did they ask to become the new ruling authorities?

Saul a Jew hated people who advocated an approach to God other than through Judaism. So he threaten all people who were of the Way. Making his intentions well known by circulating his determination to murder people of the Way if necessary.

This Way rebel had left behind a frightening unusualness about Himself. As He healed the sick, returned sanity to the insane, and brought to life those who had died. Took a few fish, and some bread, and feed several thousand people.

Very disturbing to the authorities was the Way’s criticism of their religious observations. By declaring themselves to be followers of the rebel who made Himself equal to God. That rebel found fault with their legal system. There was a disturbing fearsomeness about Him. For they had heard that even raging sea waters at His command were no longer threatening. The Way followers, had they been given the same powers as their founder possessed?

Perhaps of greatest concern to them was His declaration that the world that they knew and cherished would be abolished. How was this to be accomplished? A degree of urgency had settled upon them. Because they knew that He had told his closest associates that in His absences, He would send another as a replacement. And was this replacement in their presences now? And if so, would His replacement have even greater influence than the Forayer they had executed?

Speculation, and fear was over, it was time to eliminate this threat. Before the threat eliminated them. So the authorities assigned a prosecutor to destroy this Way movement. Word had spread that the prosecutor, who had Stephen stoned to death was out to get them. And, that he had gotten arrest warrants for them. And was on his way to Damascus to arrest them. To be brought back to Jerusalem to stand trial. They knew he’d go right to their synagogues making them easy prey for arrest. Should they flee and hide? No, they’d stand their ground and let come what would come.

Saul on his way to Damascus got the surprise of his life. Suddenly without warning a light from the heavens above completely engulfed him. Saul fell to the ground, and a voice said to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” So Saul asked, “Who are you?” The reply changed his life forever. “I am Jesus whom you are persecuting.” What do you want from me? asked Saul. Jesus responded, “Get up, and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

Saul getting up from the ground discovered that had lost his eyesight. Shook to the very core were the men who had accompanied Saul on his journey. Frightened, and speechless because they had not seen anyone. They just heard a voice.

To be continued tomorrow.

a world view flipped flopped

Isaiah, on God’s behave serves up a mocking scenario. Declaring, “Behold the nations are a drop in the bucket, and are counted as the small dust on the scales.” See Isaiah 40:15a. In the previous verse this is recorded. The voice said, “Cry out!” And he said, “What shall I cry?” “All flesh is as grass, and its loveliness is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, the flower fades because the breath of the Lord blows upon it; surely the people are as grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.” See Isaiah 40:6-8.

On occasions this writer has discussed the duality of scripture. Meaning what is recorded has more than one application historically over time. In Isaiah 40:3, the mission of John the Baptist was foretold. It remained a mystery for centuries as to who that person was.

Upon being questioned as to his identity of that person in Isaiah 40:3. John said, “I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Make straight the way of the Lord, as the prophet Isaiah said.” John 1:23.

Those of us, who are Christians have a mission similar to that of John the Baptist. It was foretold that a voice would call from the wilderness. “Prepare the way of the Lord.” The Baptist completed his mission. Preaching repentance, and declaring that he was unworthy to even loose the sandal strap of Him who was preferred before him. See John 1:27. In the process, he lost his life in the service of his Lord. See Luke 9:9.

The duality is as follows. “Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill brought low. The crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places smooth. The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Isaiah 40:4-5. And when, the transforming power of Christ weaves its magic through the ages. Some will experience and cause John like chronicles noted in Luke 9:9.

mysteries little explored

Some say the majority of worlds people believe that there is a God. And that, that God, ultimately determines the destiny of humankind. If that is so, why is the world in such a mess? Logic would dictate that if that were a truism would not the worlds people act toward each other in more benevolent ways?

In that nation states and their populaces act towards each other in greater numbers than the converse, when it comes to benevolence. What does that say about the effectiveness of God’s intervention into human affairs? Looking at global outcomes it could be argued that if God has determined the destiny of humanity. Then God is satisfied with the ways things are through out planet earth. Could there be any other explanation? Yes!

Many are under the impression that heaven is a place peaceful tranquility. There are scriptures that suggest that heaven is at times a turbulent place. Take for example the war that took place there. It’s recorded as follows, “And, a war broke out in heaven. Michael, and his angels fought with the dragon and his angels.” See Revelation 12:7. Was that a one time occurrence? And are there still conflicting angelic opinions, and loyalties there which erupt into open warfare on occasions? And if so, does that give us any insights into the continuing tumultuous experiences that we earthlings are forced to endure?

After the aforementioned war, this is recorded, “But they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.” See Revelation 12:8.

So where are they, in that they are no longer residents of heaven? Right here among us! “So that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast out to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” See Revelation 12:9. Was Satan’s expulsion permanent or temporary? And what about his expelled angels?

In heaven there are exchanges of dialogues between participants. On a particular day occurred, “Now there was a day, when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came with them. And the LORD said to Satan, ‘From where do you come?'” So Satan answered the LORD and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” See Job 1:6-7; Job 2:1-2

Concerning the sons of God, see Genesis 6:4, “There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.”

So, what happened to these sons of God? And, apparently human! We can only assume that these giants were destroyed by the great rains that swept the earth. See Genesis 7:4. But according to, Genesis 6:4, some must have missed those destructive rains. Because of the phrase, “and also afterward.” And the aforementioned verses from Job inform us that “the sons of God,” were part of the entourage who presented themselves before the LORD. And will they, sometime in the future visit the daughters of men?

The throne room

The throne room of the heavens is much different than most imagine. Consider this, “GOD stands in the congregation of the mighty; He judges among the gods.” And there someone had the audacity to ask, “How long will you judge unjustly? And show partiality to the wicked?” Signed Selah. See Psalms 82:1-2. Selah seems to have different meanings. Prevailing thoughts are, silence; pause or end.

And the tirade, continues with merit, many would agree. And the god’s in unison declare. “Defend the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; free them from the hand of the wicked. They do not know, nor do they understand; they walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are unstable. See Psalms 82:3-5.

A declaration from the unknown and pleading for a response! “You are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High. But you shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.” Arise O God, judge the earth; for You shall inherit all nations. See Psalms 82:6-8.

It appears that the throne room of God has an entourage of divine entities, who came to life not by the means of human copulation. They seem to serve as God’s advisers and councilors. But they like you, and me, are subject to die. Stature doesn’t matter because like princes they shall fall.

Such an entourage could well be considered something like a earthly governing body. But without legislative authority which Jehovah keeps for Himself, as acknowledged in Isaiah 42:8, where we find this recorded. “I am Jehovah, that is my name. And My glory I will not give to another.”

Seems like there is a lot going on through out the heavens. Which we’ll see with future discussions impacts us earthlings. So stay tuned and we’ll see where this journey takes us. As we unmask the worlds of the unusual.

More tomorrow about the worlds of the unusual.

thinking can be dangerous

Hagar frightened took off to the hither lands. But her trip was interrupted, as she heard a voice, which said, “Because of you, a great, and powerful people will emerge. Your descendants will multiply exponentially, so that they can’t be counted.” From those words would emerge the Muslim world.

The conversation continued with the voice informing her about something she already knew. “You’re pregnant!” What she didn’t know was the baby’s gender. “It’ll be a boy and you’ll name him Ishmael.” Ishmael is considered the father of the Arab/Muslim world.

According to the voice all this was occurring because her sorrow was understood. She became a forced surrogate for Sarai and Abram. Both were aging, and were unable through their many acts of copulation to produce an heir.

Such a misfortune was of great concern to Sarai. Because both were told separately that greatness was to be their destiny. He was to be the father of many nations. And through, him the world would unite and prosper. She on the other hand would be the mother of those nations. Kings, Queens, Prime Ministers and ordinary people would have live and wealth. Because of a son, she would give birth to at the age of ninety. And, to be named Isaac. She didn’t believe it, nor did her husband.

How how was this to occur, she must have wondered. Ah-leave it to human ingenuity. Sarai marveled at her own cleverness. Concluding, I’ll arrange for our maid Hagar to copulate with my husband. It worked! Now she, and her husband had a male heir. And their esteemed place in history, now had a future.

Abraham was a happy man. He had a male heir. His dynasty would live on through his son Ishmael. But, two unexpected incidences pop up. Conflicts erupted between Hagar and Sarai. So she complained to her husband, who said, do with her as you please. And she did, to the extent, the Hagar took what provisions Abram gave her, and fled with her son.

Much to his displeasure, he was informed that Ishmael was not be his heir. And that Sarah would give birth to a son to be named Isaac, and he would be his heir. Abraham thought what nonsense is this; I’m 100 years old, and Sarah is ninety. Bingo! There goes Abraham’s dynasty and Sarah’s motherhood of those many promised nations. Because it was divinely decided that Isaac would replace Abraham and Sarah, as God’s progenitor of all promises made to them.

stuff of sci fi made real

Some say victors are readers. It covers all disciplines, and in particular a thing called religion. So if one wants to be a victor it’s incumbent to see the Bible as a historical collection of sixty six plus books to be read and their contents mastered. The plus books not canonized by earthlings, but which are no less inspirational. Where symbols are used to convey illustrative truths. Written by dozens writers covering centuries of history from humanities dawn to the dusk of human experiences.

And then, opening a new chapter about a new heaven and earth. But before that get this. Peter describes the burning up of the earth and everything within it. See 2 Peter 3:10. What could precipitate such an event? A world gone mad by the proliferation of multiple nuclear equipped states nuking each other. Or the day of the Lord described as a sudden occurrence like a a fast moving thief in the night. In verse 11, Peter encourages the world community to evaluate their behaviors. By answering this question, “What manner of persons ought we be?” He answers by recommending conduct of godliness. In verse twelve Peter reiterates what he said in verse ten. In verse thirteen, Peter says the end results will be a new heaven and earth where righteousness prevails. That will be a welcome change, so as Peter says, look forward to it.

Can you imagine a world without police departments. A world without nation states with their arsenals of cyborg or robotic soldiers, tanks and nuclear equipped drone driven submarines and aircraft. All designed to preserve life and maintain global tranquility. But, like all human endeavors the end result is perfect annihilation.

Seems the Christ way is the best way and that’s the job of His lampstands. Lampstand is a euphemism for people. A very ordinary people but equipped with an awareness that makes them extraordinary. Here again a study of the past three discussions is apropos.

Going deeper into the world of esoteric literature. Where such subjects as instant bodily transformations occur. Something all together different from the customary expectation from the usual terrestrial body. To celestial beings being among us and where it is said that some entertained angels being unaware of the experience. On it could go.

The trimmings of presidential success

Are there mysterious forces that are able to sway public reaction one way or the other? Got one for you. This mysterious force was revealed by a guy named Daniel. Here’s what he said, “And He changes the times and the seasons. He removes kings and raises up kings,” Daniel 2:21a,b.

How does the hand of divine providence accomplish this? By the following, “He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding,” Daniel 2:21c.

Does this mysterious force do this for every presidential candidate elevated to the American presidency? Maybe and maybe not. But if Donald Trump’s presidency is to succeed, this is the formula he’s going to need, “He reveals the deep and secret things; He knows what is ni the darkness, and light dwells with Him,” Daniel 2:22.

Making America Great Again

Like it or not the impossible candidate to become the nations forty fifth president did just that. Everyone who knows everything about politics boldly said Donald Trump’s presidential bid would fail.

Some say Trump won because the Russians interfered in our electoral process through various hacking schemes. Designed to undermine Hillary Clinton’s candidacy. Trump didn’t escape the Russian melding because undocumented information, said the Russians, had compromising evidence of sexual impropriety by Donald Trump while in Russia. Any truth, some truth, or no truth concerning those shenanigans?

Who knows? And He’s talking! Saving evil lives on through the personage of the, “Prince of the power of the air,” who works through, “The sons of disobedience,” Ephesians 2:2. Which no one is exempt from, because, “In times past we walked according to the course of this world,” Ephesians 2:2.

Our hope in destroying such shenanigans occurs when something unexpected occurs, “And you, He has made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins,” Ephesians 2:1. Enabling recipients to make a real difference on the world stage. But first there is a lot of work to be done from the national stage personally; because the peoples varied shenanigans of offensive behaviors against God must end. Because it’s more than an euphemism from Jesus who asked, “And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?” See Matthew 7:3.

It’s a three step process. First one must get their own house in order. Then help others to get their house in order. Finally, launching a national campaign to make America great again. Our forefather’s called such a process American exceptionalism. If you listened to Trump’s inaugural speech that’s what he meant by declaring to make America great again. Though he may not have been aware of the spiritual implications of making America great again. But Trump did understands that making America great again will originate through the people. But implementing, such a ground swell will cause the strongest resistance imaginable from the “Prince of the power of the air.” Because he’s got a strong death grip upon America through the, “Children of disobedience.”

The Christ indent was revealed through the following. It’s about finding your own gift and exercising it for perfecting of the saints, which may, or maybe not be different from the nous listed. “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists,  some pastors and teachers. For the equipping of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ. Till we all come to the unity of faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. That we should no longer be children tossed to and for and carried about with every wind of doctrine , by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting. But speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is called the head, Christ. From whom the whole body joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love,” Ephesians 4:11-16.

Faithful is He that called you, who will also do it, 1 Thessalonians 4:24.

Slow But Sure

A tortoise and a hare (jack rabbit) started to dispute which of them was swifter, and before separating they made an appointment for a certain place to settle the matter. The hare had such confidence in its natural fleetness that it did not trouble about the race but lay down by the wayside and went to sleep.

The tortoise acutely conscious of its slow movements padded along without stopping until it passed the sleeping hare and won the race.

A naturally gifted man, through lack of application, is often beaten by a plodder. (source:Penguin Classics-Fables of Aesop-“Slow But Sure”)

While the advantage belongs to Christians, as note in, Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”

Ah! The mirror of Christendom today reflects the attitude of the jack rabbit gleamed from our scriptures. “I returned and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happened to them all,” Ecclesiastes 9:11.

This phrase is repeated seven times in Revelation chapters two and three. “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches,” Revelation 3:22. Must be important! Perhaps suggesting that its crucial to make time and chance work for the church. Now that would be interesting, wouldn’t it! In that most 21 century churches are more about prestige through empire building. Turning themselves into conglomerating cash machines.

Our behavior, as Christians should be like that of tortoise. Aware that we can’t overcome the superiority  and swiftness of all those jack rabbits at large. So slow, but sure, we must press on with the our Christ challenges to them. Knowing that Christ the great, and final arbiter will settle all disputes. And at the end this is His declaration, “But he who endures to the end shall be saved, Matthew 24:13. Because they preached the gospel of the kingdom to the world at large, as a witness to all nations which will bring an end to this miserable age.

True narrative of how the spirit world influences politicians

The Bible has many lessons to teach. One of them is the real influence of spirit forces upon humanity. So here we go, on a journey about a little known topic. Because in the 21st. century, discussions about spirits is taboo. This is the century of STEM or, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. And certainly not the century of spirits influencing human events. Along with the evils of Multiculturalism and Political Correctness.

Want to raise an eyebrow or two, declare a belief in the supernatural of the spirit world. Who with God’s approval can and do disturb the governing ability of prime ministers like David Cameron, and presidents like Barack Obama. Prayerfully far more than an eyebrow or two will be raised.

This padre decided to write about the world of spirits and their influence. Because of British Prime Minister, David Cameron’s remarks of not seeing any connection between the slaughter of a British soldier by two Muslims, and Islam itself, as being evil. Pretty remarkable, considering that England has suffered countless numbers of deadly Islamic attacks. If your interested in learning more about the evils of Islam, read the discussions of June 24th. and 25th.

Paul said this about the spirit world. “And you, He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins. In which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit, who now works in the sons of disobedience. (Texts:Ephesians 2:1-2).

Here in a concise manner is how spirits weave their mastery upon politicians whether in ancient or modern times. For that discussion, we turn to the Old Testament. Peace had existed between Syria and Israel for three years. For some reason the King of Judah, King Jehoshaphat, of a divided Israel came down to visit his counterpart. King of Israel, King Ahab.

King Ahab had been thinking that there was some unfinished business between his country and Syria. In a discussion with King Jehoshaphat he said, “You know that Ramoth in Gilead is ours. And we need to retake our land from Syria.” So he sought King Jehoshaphat as an ally for a military invasion. And Jehoshaphat responded, and said, “I am as you are, my people as your people. My horses as your horses.” But King Jehoshaphat wanted to determine if such an invasion was acceptable with God. It wasn’t!

So King Ahab, King of Israel brought together about four hundred men. And asked them to determine if he should go to war and retake Ramoth-gilead, or not? And they concluded, “Go up; for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king.”

King Jehoshaphat wasn’t satisfied. So he asked, “Is there not a prophet of the LORD that we might enquire?” King Ahab responded, yes, a man named Micaiah by whom we may inquire of LORD. But, “I hate him because his prophesies are adverse to me.”

An officer was dispatched to bring Micaiah to the palace. When he appeared before the kings, both were on their thrones. Dressed in their kingly garb at the entrance of the gate to Samaria.

But before Micaiah arrived this occurred. And all the prophets prophesied before them. The prophet Zedekiah, who had made horns of iron, spoke for all the other prophets and said, “Thus says the LORD, with these shalt you push the Syrians unto you have consumed them. In support of Zedekiah all the prophets prophesied saying, “Go up to Ramoth-gilead, and prosper, for the LORD shall deliver it into the king’s hand.”

The officer returning with Micaiah received the favorable news concerning the prophecy. So he warned Micaiah don’t be the only prophet to say otherwise. The prophet Micaiah responded to the officer, “As the LORD lives, what the LORD says unto me, that will I speak.

So finally, there stood Micaiah before the king with the authority to imprison or execute a  subject. And Micaiah was asked, “Shall we go, or shall we forbear?” Saying, Go and prosper, for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.” This infuriated King Ahab because he knew Micaiah was mocking him. Chastising the prophet of the LORD. Saying, “How many times shall I ask you that you tell me nothing but that which the truth in the name of the LORD?”

And so, Micaiah said, “I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd” And the LORD said, “These have no master. Let them return every man to his house in peace. And King Ahab said unto King Jehoshaphat, “Did I not tell you that he would prophesy no good concerning me but evil?”

Now that aggravated the man of God, who replied, “Hear you, therefore, the word of the LORD. I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.” And the LORD said, “Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?” And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, “I will persuade him.”

And the LORD said unto him, “Wherewith?” And he said, “I will go forth, and I will will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, “Thou shall persuade him, and prevail also. Go forth and do so.”

“Now therefore, behold, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning you. (Source:1 Kings 22:1-23).

Make no mistake about this. Israel was God’s choice to bring salvation to the world through Jesus Christ. But Israel rejected Christ as their Messiah. And God turned to House of Israel a group of Gentile nations to bring redemption through Jesus to the world. Great Britain bore the grace of God to be His primary instrument in his service to do just that. But she has failed, and Cameron’s dumbness in not seeing the evil of Islam in his country. Could well be because a God has put a lying spirit in him.

Living the godly life can put one in places one would rather avoid. Faithfulness sometime requires that experience. Which apparently was the fate of the man of God, prophet Micaiah. Because after being punched in the face by the false prophet Zedekiah. The king of Israel ordered him back to prison. Ordering him to be feed with the bread of affliction and water of affliction. (Source:1 Kings 22:24;26-27).

God mysteries

You bet ya! Far beyond human reasoning or understanding. Like this mystery, “For this reason, we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. This is a great mystery, but I speak of Christ and the church,” said the Apostle Paul. (Texts:Ephesians 5:30-31, NKJV).

So what’s going on hear? Just this! Those of us, who have experienced newness of life through Christ. Are seen by Jesus, as one and the same with Him. This is clarified by Paul in, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, KJV, who said, “What!” “Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore, glorify God in your body and your spirit which are God’s.”

Presented in other scriptures, as the bride and bridegroom. John wrote, “Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen and white. For the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” And he said unto me, write, “Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And He said unto me, “These are the true sayings of God.” (Texts:Revelation 19:7-9, KJV).

This is the fourth posting on marriage. Hopefully, they have demonstrated the purpose, and complete design from the mind of God concerning the sacredness of marriage.

Gay unions, therefore mock the sacred intentions of God Almighty. And should not be allowed because gay’s can’t become one, as is the purpose of marriage.

Mysteries 0f God

Can God get mad? You decide! Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping things and birds of air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” (Texts:Genesis 6:5-7). That was then, and it did occur, but does it have any implications for 21 the century. We shall see.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (Text:John 1:1.

Our first mystery, is so, because like the others to follow, they are unexplainable by human reasoning.

And He was clothed with vesture (body) dipped in blood (murder by crucifixion) and His name is called the Word of God. (Text:Revelation 19:13). Making our Bible like no other book. The Bible should be thought of as a unique collection of historic literature. Written by ordinary people like us, but over a span of dozens of centuries. Representing a host of different cultures. With very different agenda’s, and considering the varying times that separated their lives. Yet they were able to put together a compelling prophetic story that reverberates with stunning accuracy. Accomplished because all scriptures is given by the inspiration of God. (Text:2 Timothy 3:16). Inspiration from the Greek, “theopneustos” meaning “God breathed.” Making our Judea-Christian scriptures as authentic, as if the Almighty had written them Himself. Without using the many historical characters, whose names are ascribed to our Judea-Christian scriptures. Eventually allowing for a book in appearance that is bound by inked pages on white paper. That book, our Bible, is the living breathing Word of God. How important is all this? When God signaled the close of the age, as he did with the book of Revelation He allowed John by privilege because God doesn’t need mortals to accomplish whatever it is He wants to accomplish. John recorded those words, and we should pay attention. “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.” (Text:Revelation 3:22). It must be important because John penned it a total of 7 times in just 2 chapters between 68 verses. Perhaps because the world is catapulting into a catastrophic mess.

And Jesus said, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate. (Texts:Matthew 19:5-6). Simply not explainable how that is possible. Look at the many Mom’s and Dad’s do they look like one person? No they don’t, but they are because the Living Breathing Word of God says so. And for that reason, gay unions should not be permitted in God’s America.

And now the judgment, maybe a repeat of the Genesis experience, who knows, but God Himself. But here’s the indictment. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he, who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting live. (Texts:Galatians 6:7-8).

Now that Genesis experience brought on the flood that accomplished God’s purpose in that era. But He found a righteous man, called Noah. The waters subsided, and God granted humanity a new beginning. (Texts:Genesis 6:8; But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD; Noah walked with God,Genesis 6:9; And God made the wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided, Genesis 8:1b).
And so hear we are in the 21 century. And we have this instructive directive. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not lose heart. (Text:Galatians 6:9).

Zombies in our midst

There, you got it! They have been here since, who knows. Maybe since this celestial event. And there was a war in heaven, Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world. He was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Therefore rejoice you heavens and you that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath because he knows that he has but a short time. (Scriptural texts:Revelation 12:7-9;12).

A zombie is defined as a soulless corpse said to be revived by witchcraft; or a person who is, or appears lifeless, apathetic or completely unresponsive to their surroundings; end dictionary contributions. Or magnificent creatures create by God. Who transgressed their boundaries established for them by God, and are now among us. I prefer the latter definition while conceding that Satan and his contorted soulless clan can do what’s humanly impossible.

Like take residency in humans, who were created by the same God. With one magnificent distinction; we were given a spirit. The vehicle by which communications come about between us and our Creator. And that’s truly magnificent in itself; but as long as we are earthbound, it gets even better. While we wouldn’t know all that unless we were told, so here is a spoonful of knowledge from the perfect source Himself.

Then God said, “Let us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness,” Genesis 1:26a; And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and he became a living being, Genesis 2:7; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust. You send forth your Spirit, they are created, Psalms 104:29b-30

Then the dust will return to the earth as it was. And the Spirit will return to God, who gave it, Ecclesiastes 12:7. And, What! Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 1 Corinthians 6:19; Therefore! What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said, “I will dwell in them, and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be my people,” 2 Corinthians 6:16.

Who would have suspected that such a marvelous phenomena had occurred, except for death? Especially that the living breathing God dwells within His body of believers? With that being true, then the converse could occur. With the former being capable of enjoying the majesty of God. As His child, redeemed to glorify Him, and to do much good through out our communities and the world. While the latter does just the reverse and it’s a puzzle understood by few. But one of great interest because of what makes some so crazy.

A puzzle indeed, but lets see what we can determine from the world’s two most reliable sources. We have some terms from God Himself that provide some insights about our zombies.

Remember that incident that occurred centuries ago? It goes like this way, now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had created. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden?'” (Scriptural text:Genesis 3:1). No doubt that serpent looked much different from the serpents we see today. Because after the events surrounding that discussion played out, we have this recorded. So the LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field. On your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all of your life.” (Scriptural text:Genesis 3:14).

It seems that God turned that serpent into a being other than what was intended. Whereby he was destined by God to do what humanly is impossible. Which is among other things, is to take up residency in humans. Just like his Creator can live in those, who have denounced the Eden experience of sin. And have been redeemed by the slain blood of Jesus Christ.

There its been presented, two worlds in our midst which go mostly unnoticed. And we have heard from the first of our most reliable sources, the next will have his say. But after a discussion about an unseen universal war. Where no one is not a participant. Most likely, he’ll speak to us on the 30th.

Production of evil

Really interested in knowing how evil is produced? Then read the following discussions. 26 February 2016; I will kill u cause u r bad; Y government is bad; 27 February 2016; Shoot outs Tucson, Aurora, and Newtown; 28 February 2016; Answering Obama’s call 4 a better America, 01 March 2016.

What you are about to read is dismissed for the most part as nonsense. Because today more than any other time in history behavioral specialist think they have dissected such nonsense, as a plague of some sort that incapacitates the unfortunate. Unless you’ve seen the movie World War Z. Then maybe there is such a phenomenon as zombies. Which are defined as soulless corpses, maybe so, who knows.

Whatever they are, they are real and are capable of reeking devastating consequences in our very visible world. The suggestive aforementioned readings may or may not be of such a phenomena. So in order to get an insight lets journey into the world of the not so visible. But who can take us there, none other than histories greatest behaviorist specialist, Jesus Christ.

For six days Jesus had been walking between towns because the transportation system wasn’t what it is today. Perhaps enjoying the fragrances of the flowered landscape and other beauties. Before global warming and corporate greed emerged to destroy the environment. So that the only smells available are those that destroy and kill body, mind and soul.

Then Jesus took with him Peter, James and John and they climbed to the top of a high mountain. There his three compatriots observed the first of three unexpected and unusual  experiences. The first was called the transfiguration. Then appeared, like out of nowhere Elias with Moses. And they were talking with Jesus. Those experiences frightened the poor fellows. Suddenly a great cloud overshadowed them, and they heard a voice, like maybe a talking cloud. And the voice said, “This is my beloved son, hear him.” Looking around, they saw no one, no Elias or Moses, no one except Jesus. And as they descended from the mountain, Jesus told them to keep those experiences to themselves, for a time. But they wonderd among themselves, what the rising from the dead meant. And they questioned Jesus, and Jesus answered them.

Then apparently, they were separated because when Jesus joined them lots of people surrounded them and they were being questioned by the community historians, the scribes.

It all ended when they saw Jesus. And Jesus asked, “What are you discussing with them?”
When one from the crowd said, “Teacher, I have brought unto you my son which has a mute spirit; and wheresoever he takes him, he tortures him. Causing him to foam at the mouth and he gnashes his teeth, and is contorted in body.” “I sought help from your disciples that they should cast it out.” A process that we priest call exorcism.

Jesus went on to say, “Bring him to me!” And so the boy was brought to Jesus. When the spirit saw Jesus, the boy immediately went into a state of convulsions. Falling to the ground, and wallowed, foaming at the mouth. Jesus asked the father, “How long has this been happening to him?” And he said, “From childhood.” Continuing,”Often he has thrown him into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if you can do anything have compassion on us and help us.”

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears,” Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!”

Then the spirit cried out convulsed him greatly. And he became as one dead, so that many said, “He is dead.” But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up and he arose.

And when he had come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?” Jesus replied,” This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting.”

Scriptural texts:Mark 9:2-29, NKJV.

What are to conclude about those scriptures. To each their own conclusions. But for this padre, it’s about supernatural phenomena that the scriptures provide little insights for our understanding. Other than that such phenomena exists and can control people against their will. Causing them to do things that if they were in complete control of themselves they would not do. Which returns us to the aforementioned suggestive readings, wondering did such evil spirits overtake the shooters. Causing them to do things that if they were free of such evil; they would have not have not done it. Many might agree that it’s a reasonable explanation, when evil executes in the manner of the previously discussed shooters. For this padre, it is the reason; for the behavioral specialists, it’s classified as behavior from a deranged mind. With all kinds of subsets of technical definitions.

My advice, go with the Word of God and be careful because no one is exempt from such evil spirits. Our scriptures advocate a process of sanctification by which we are made safe. Note, “Now may the God of peace, himself sanctify you completely. And may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,” 1 Thessalonians 5:23.

How to make that journey? Pray! “And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever,” Matthew 6:13. “He restores my soul; and he leads me in the paths of righteousness, for his name sake, Psalms 23:3. And remember Jesus said, “This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting,” Mark 9:28.

Suggesting that there are degrees of influences from such supernatural phenomena.

Religion that works

Mark tells of an experience Jesus had with an admirer. This person was rather self sufficient and thought of himself as kind of a guy who could make things happen. The kind of a guy, who sat at the helm of things. And most likely admired by many because he accumulated considerable wealth. Maybe a little arrogant, you know the type. Cocky, and with an boastful attitude of conceit. Communicating an aura of I’m superior to others because of his station in life. Possessing everything life had to offer, without thinking a second thought about adding another gadget to his collection.

But morally, by legal standards, he was a gem of a guy. Maybe that’s why he found something appealing about Jesus. Which was his warmth and love for children, Mark 10:13-16. So when it was appropriate, he approached Jesus with this question. Good Master, what shall I do that I might inherit eternal life, verse 17? Jesus in his usual straight forward manner replied, “You know the commandments, keep them!” verse 19. Reiterating several of them for our protagonist. Who replied, “Master all of these have I observed from my youth,” verse 20.

Then Jesus showing his compassion and concern. Embraced him, and said, you lack one thing. Go, and sell all you have, and give it away to the poor. Then you’ll have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross and follow me, verse 21. And he was very sad at that saying, and went away grieved for he had many possessions, verse 22.

What are we to make of this exchange between these two men? Simply this! It’s a lesson about priorities. Contrary to the way many Christians behave. Being a Christian means picking up the cross and following Jesus. With the cross being symbolic of hardship and death. Each person has an individual journey, that may or may not, require a collective effort. Ones cross may require unimaginable sacrifices in order to advance the cause and purpose of Christ. So, the exchange boils down to this, to what extent is one willing to sacrifice for Christ. And not rather one would face death, or have to sell all of ones possessions.

Rather it works something like this. “The world is moved not only by the mighty shoves of the heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker,” Helen Keller, 1880-1968,

Astonishing journey of discovery

Some say God isn’t in the business of answering prayer anymore. That was said, against this background. “And whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in MY name, I will do it.” (cp John 14:13-14).

And Jesus offered this advice, when you pray, use not vain repetitions as others do. (cp Matthew 6:7). What could that possibly mean? Hang in there, and you will find out. Because it’s part, of indeed, an astonishing journey. And its discovery could change your life.

So when something good happens to you, and perceived as an answer to prayer. It occurs because of two statements Jesus made. Using birds as an example, “Look at the birds of the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap, nor gather in barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them? Are you not more important than them?” (cp Matthew 6:26).

Then speaking to the necessities of life. “…. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.” (cp Matthew 6:32).

So then, when God provides a bouquet of gifts, and one glories in the power of prayer. The cart is before the horse. Because it would have occurred, had one not asked. Furthermore, it robs God of the praise and glory He deserves. Because one might fail to recognize the many other provisions He provides, thus taking them for granted. Even the occurrences that fall upon one that are not according to ones liking, they are from Him. There is a reason why the pendulum swings both ways. Find it! The Christian walk is complicated and not a bowl of sweet cherries. Requiring much contemplation and self evaluation through an insightful examination of the scriptures.

Remember all scriptures are profitable for reproof and correction. For the soul purpose of righteousness, that the seeker of bounties from God might live a more godly life. (cp 2 Timothy 3:16).

Most people within the body of Christ fail to utilize their God given inherent power to think and rationalize data. With most succumbing to some autonomous branch of the Christian church. Where the hierarchy there determines what the Bible teaches. And, their flock buys the party line lockstep and barrel. With the phrase being used euphemistically to suggest people follow the one in front of them, as empty objects. Being unable to be the spiritual power houses God intended for the cause of Christ.

In many respects the Bible must be understood from this context. Starting with John 14:13 because there Jesus was addressing a specific group of people, His apostles. And Christendom has captured such verses making them applicable to those distant from that time. If it were so, then Christendom could solve the worlds problems through prayer in short order. And so would individuals find immediate cures for illnesses and solutions for personal problems. Erasing the need to have a family doctor or professional help in other areas of ones life.

Then should we pray? YES! Absolutely, constant prayers of worship and praise. It is said, like it was said today, Praise you the LORD. Praise God in His sanctuary, praise Him in the firmament of His power. Praise him for His mighty acts, praise Him according to His excellent greatness. Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet, praise Him with the psaltery and harp. Praise Him with the timbrel and dance. Praise Him with string instruments and organs. Praise Him upon the loud cymbals, praise Him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that has breath praise the LORD. Praise you the LORD! (cp Psalms 150:1-6). You have read the perfect prayer. God gave us life that we might worship and praise Him.

Our prayers should be the expressions of our adoration. And absent, what Jesus referred to as vain repetitions. And be mindful that you are more important than then birds whom He provides for, and that our gracious merciful Savior knows exactly what we need.

Where to from here? Next:The explosive experience.

Controversy a cup of tea

Ever climb a ladder? Being aware that each rung higher represents hurt should one fall. And finally, reaching where there are no more rungs to climb. The climber is there  to do a task. But now aware, that a fall would most likely result in death. Picturesque in many ways of the United States. More about that after some preliminaries.

It has been reported that in the United States 74.40% of the population is Christian. ( The Pew Forum sites that the nations population is 51.5% Protestant; the most populated Protestant Christian country in the world; Catholics make up 24% of the U.S population, ranking tenth among the nations.

( Leaving a slight statistical calculation between the two organizations. Which is a statistical misnomer, no matter how the numbers are calculated. One would not have difficulty; in discovering that those percentages represent a tiny percent of the American population as being Christian. As defined by the pages of the New Testament, though having not, put aside the pages of the Old Testament. From which, most spiritual wisdom is gained making the two testaments of God inseparable.

Christians like the Apostolic era of Christ. Christians like John the Baptist, who was beheaded because he condemned an illegal marriage of King Herod. Or Stephen, who took on the Jewish legal system. And Paul, who angered the political authorities so much that he put his life at risk. (Scriptural Texts:Mark 14:17-19; Acts 7:52-60; 2 Corinthians 11:22-32).

And for tributes sake, this needs to be said. Outside of the U.S. many Christians today suffer as did John the Baptist, Stephen and Paul for their boldness for Christ. Especially among Arab/Muslims countries. And America, God’s country allows it to happen. Suggesting that America is no longer God’s country. Because the people, who are the nation are systematically shelving their Christian heritage. Equally disturbing, a mostly apostate church allows these devils to live among us. Having been persuaded that these devils are different from their kin abroad. They are not, if Muhammad is their prophet, then Satan is their king. And they are cut from the same cloth, as is Allah. Because, Allah represents death to America.

The church is in a precarious state these days. Having been weakened, split by divisions that the church is so earthly minded that she is of no heavenly value. With most Christians, who are suppose to be the church not being aware that God is no longer in the business of answering their prayers. That God no longer empowers people to preform the miracles that were once common place. In other words, the church is stagnant and will never again be a spiritual powerhouse of influence in America. The church today is a people pleasing compromising institution. Which sees itself successful, by the size of its congregations and bank accounts. That is the rule, but thanks be to God Almighty because for every rule there are exceptions. It’s just that those exceptions are very few. And a few, can do mighty works for Jesus Christ.

More to follow with why good things happen.
