It has been said that our greatest enemy is ones self. And so it seems to be, considering the following. The earth is under siege from an exterior attack called global warming. Which according to the scientific community unless that siege is reversed life on this planet will become inhabitable. They say the evidence is refutable, nevertheless, even if the science is rejected. Observation should be convincing enough to extinguish that enemy within one that denies reality.
Here are two irrefutable realities that are mostly rejected. “For since the creation of the world, His invisible attributes are clearly seen. Being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.” (cp. Romans 1:20). And, “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.” (cp. Psalms 139:14).
So explicit are they, that if anyone gives thoughtful consideration of them. There truths could not be denied. Acceptance of them from an experiential perspective would change ones life. And once that occurs Christianity becomes more than a religion. What’s really wrong with the world is that there are to many religionist and not enough Christ souldiers.
Denial of the citations from Psalms and Romans is far worse than the siege of an inhabitable earth through global warming. Because what’s God made is endurable, as opposed to the shenanigans of humans which always leads to destruction.
What is eternally endurable is called the gospel of grace. It is as follows, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame. For there is no distinction between Jews and Gentiles, for the same Lord over all is rich to all whom call upon Him. For whoever calls upon Him, shall be saved.” (cp. Romans 10:9-13).
This Padre duly ordained, also with a degree in political science is available to address the broad spectrum of secular Americans, as organised groups within the American society. Right through to the many denominations that dot the American landscape.
You select the topic from the broad repertoire of issues available to be discussed. From either the secular or religious perspective. Arrangements can be made through the Contact Us link on my Home page. Living room conversations work well, as do other forums where people can gather.
