mysterious occurrences

Be mindful that things happen which convince some that God is a figment of imagination because an event would not have occurred if there was a God. While, for others the converse is expressed by favorable circumstances. Summed up by a minute to soon or late and the out come would have been different. some might argue everything is predetermined, so there is no escaping what God has predetermined. Others respond nonsense.

So here’s what is written, “Remember the former things of old. For I am God, and there is no other. I am God, and there is none like me. Declaring the end from the beginning. And from ancient times things not yet come,” saying. ‘My council shall stand. I will do all My pleasures.'” See Isaiah 46:9-10. Seems conclusive, “Declaring the end from the beginning.” It’s not! Because free will, and choice, is what God is all about. And if otherwise, it would, also nullify the duties of His angels.

For choice conclusiveness, we travel back to beginning of the human experience. And the LORD God commanded the man saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day you eat of it you shall surely die.” See Genesis 2:16-17. This what is learned about God’s foreknowledge. God can and has predetermined certain events. Always leaving the means up to the decision makers as free will agents.

And the angel said to me, “These are four spirits of heaven, who go forth from their station before the LORD of all the earth.” See Zachariah 6:5. “Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister to those who will inherit salvation?” See Hebrews 1:14. “For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. They shall bear you up in their hands. Lest you dash your foot against a stone.” See Psalms 91:11-12. Angelic interventions can avert negative human events. It seems their ministry is reserved for those who are apart God’s family. While working conversely to to deter those who would harm the children of God. It’s all a matter of awareness.

For those who want to have their thinking cords stretched, carefully read and study, 1 Kings 22:13-23. That text applies to the above discussion in thought provoking ways.
