the voices of God

The song writer wrote, “O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder, consider the worlds Thy hands have made; I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder. Thy power through out the universe displayed. Then sings my Soul, My Savior God to Thee! How great Thou art!

Who doesn’t enjoy a star filled sky? It’s awesome beauty voicing the tranquility that can be humanities, when the Creator is honored. Conversely, the sound of rolling thunder which sometimes signals danger. Damaging and sometimes life taking lightening strikes. Followed sometimes by much needed rain, or damaging and life taking flooding. With all of nature being the Creator’s servants for blessings or consequential consequences.

“God thunders marvelously with His voice. He does great things which we cannot comprehend. For He says to the snow, fall on the earth. Likewise to the gentle rain and heavy rain of His strength. He seals the hand of every person. that all people may know His work.” See Job 37:5-7. Some respond with enlightenment with others continues darkness.
