Traitors to the American Way
March 9th, 2010
“As a man is said to have a right to his property, he is equally said, to have property in his rights. Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is safe in his opinions, his persons, his faculties or his possessions,” James Madison, March 27,1792.
And who, and what is responsible for this scandalous theft? None other than those, who claim to hold the United States Constitution in the esteem. From the President through the Congress, to the Supreme Court. They represent the *WHO* of the theft of our property rights. Because of their zeal for personal stature, influence, power and wealth. They have subverted our property rights into a cesspool of corruption by allowing *MONEY* to have equal standing with people. They have done this through the *WHAT* represented by the nations corporate conglomerates which dote Wall Street. With their billions of dollars and thousands of lobbyist to keep the government under their dominance, if they want to be reelected. IN A VERY REAL SENSE, ALL PARTIES TO THE SHENANIGANS BETWEEN GOVERNMENT, WALL STREET AND THEIR ARMY OF LOBBYIST SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND TRIED AS TRAITORS. AND SURELY, A PEOPLES COURT WOULD SENTENCE THEM TO DEATH BY HANGING. A JUST MERCY FOR THEIR CRIMES. Because they have collectively stolen *the property our property rights.* Because our, Declaration of Independence, boldly declares, that we the people have been endowed by our CREATOR with certain unalienable Rights, that among these rights are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Followed by the preamble of our Constitution which also boldly declares that, “We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect Union establish … promote the general Welfare … ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. So we the people need to get about our our Constitutional business and do just that.
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness resulting from the general welfare means certain aspects of those unalienable rights endowed to us by our Creator can not be for profit. One such aspect is a single universal health care. To be funded by the nations corporate conglomerates. Through their billions in campaign donations that keep their flunkies in office. So you see the money is there, after all, to fund medical care for all Americans. We just have to make illegal what those so called public servants call legal. Which has been hotly debated in the Congress but has been defeated, by the Senate, declaring that such an option is of the table. It’s only of the table, if we the American people allow it to be of the table. In the mean time the best the Congress will offer, is some kind of public option to compete with the many private health care plans. Those plans offered by the institutions of profits and death from the likes of Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance plans. And the Congress can not get their act together even to offer such a public offer. And they will not, until they know that America is fed up with their style of governance which reaches beyond the health care debate.
This is the problem facing the Congress. The people have spoken through many polls that they want some kind of a public option concerning health care. And the Congress is obligated to the people to legislate such a public plan. Because it is written, “Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,” Declaration of Independence.
But Congress is subservient to the health care industry, who fund their political campaigns that return them to multiple terms through out the halls of the Peoples Congress. Yet they still have to have to be careful not to over heat the Peoples anger button for fearĀ a Revolution. Well it’s time for a revolution because things are not going to change unless we revolt. Because as things stand today, We the People are without a choice of candidates, whenever an election cycle rolls around. So We the People keep getting stuck with the return of those Democratic and Republican treasonous traitors election cycle after election cycle.
And, that is why health care reform is being so controversially argued in Congress. A congressional balancing act to give the health care industry as much of the pie of profits as possible. While at the same time giving, We the People, a few left over crumbs from the pie. Resulting with this, “Where an access of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected,” James Madison. And health care is a property right guaranteed by our Constitution. Demanding a not for profit health care system as the property of the People Which makes the sitting Congress a den of thieves for its denial. Who must be brought to justice, and justly punished. The question is, are Americans up to the task at hand?
